A PRAYER FOR WALKING IN THE SPIRIT - 6/14/2008 10:55:22 PM

Blessed heavenly Father, in the name of the Lord jesus Christ I desire to walk in the spirit today. I recognize that only as He lives the life of the Lord Jesus Christ in me will I be able to escape the works of my flesh. I desire the Holy Spirit to bring all of the work of the crucifixion and the resurrection of Christ intoy my life today. I pray that the Holy Spirit may produce His fruit within my whole being and shed abroad in my heart great love for the Heavenly Father, for the Lord Jesus Christ, and for others about me. Forgive me, dear Holy Spirit, for all times I have grieved or quenched You. Enable me to respond to Your grace and to be sensitive to Your voice. Grant to me the desire and enablement to be obedient to Your precious Word. Grant me discernment to avoid being deceived by false spirits. i desire that the Holy Spirit fill all of my being with His presence and control me by faith. i trust my victory over the flesh today completely into the hands of the Holy Spirit as I let Him take control of me. In the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, I receive all the fullness of the Holy Spirit into all areas of my being today.  AMEN

Lord, first I want to thank you for such a sweet, loving, obedient prayer warrior!
Lord, I ask for forgiveness of my sins today Lord. If I said any unkind words, gossiped
or had any thoughts that were not of your name Lord. I ask for forgiveness of any
sins that I may not be aware of, anything unconfessed. I pray for a cleansed heart
and that I will not be in bondage to any of my sins Lord. I do not give the enemy permission
to be here and I just pray for this continued closeness with you Lord, I pray that you
keep my focused, strong and fill me with the wisdom I need to be able to talk to others
about you Lord and bring them to you Lord. I am so blessed and thankful that you love me
so much Lord, that you died for me and all your children Lord, even though I do not deserve
your love, you love me anyway. I just couldn't ask for anything more and you just fill
my heart daily Lord!! Thank you and I praise your precious name Lord....

Thanks so much for sharing that prayer with us! I prayed it just now and felt a deep peace come over me.
I am continuing to pray for you. Please remember that you are so precious to God and nothing can ever separate you from His love.
Lord, fill dawnofthemorning with a fresh revelation of your love for her. Show her how much you love her. Give her a deeper understanding of your love and encourage her and bless her today, Lord. Holy Spirit, fill her with peace, fill her with strength, and fill her with a deep love for you.

Lord, please look kindly upon Dawn. Bless her with not only forgiveness and grace so that she might once again know your love and see your light, but bless her with something else: Bless her with courage.
Bless her with courage to look her past square in the eye and stand up to it.
Bless her with the courage to see you as the Loving Father that you are, despite whatever sins she has committed or lies she was told by the person who claimed to love her.
Bless her with the courage to see past her living situation, and revel in the good things about it rather than the bad.
Bless her with the courage to accept who she is as a child of God, who was redeemed in your eyes by the merciful sacrifice of Jesus Christ, when he laid his life down for all of us (including her) on the cross.
Bless her with courage to stand up to the one who hurt her this badly and not be affected by his presence in her life.
Bless her with the courage to share your love with others and glorify your name to them.
Bless her with the courage to stand up against those who might oppose her in her walk with you, and meet them head on, and over-come the obsticals they produce.
Bless her with the courage to forgive those who hurt her, even when that pain that was caused seems almost unforgivable.
Please, God, bless her with a spirit of courage like none before that any of those around her have seen from her. She is special to you, and this is a known fact. Bless her with courage that will make her a monument to your glory to all those who witness what she is accomplishing in your name, and all whom she will witness your wonders and wisdom to. Draw her close to you and grant her the courage to call herself a daughter of God, despite any sin she committed, ever!
Let her walk with your Holy Spirit be a couragous one, and one filled with mercy and glory in your name!

Lord, first I want to say Thank You for all that you have done for me these last few weeks. I praise you and I feel so blessed to have the things that I have all because of you Lord.
I bring my sins to you Lord and I ask for forgiveness for my actions this week, I ask for forgiveness of any thoughts or words I may have spoken that were not Godly, I ask you
Lord, because I want to walk down a righteous path, or to the best of my ability, I just lay
my sins at your feet and I pray for your forgiveness. I am sorry for any harsh words I may
have said, anything wrong I may have spoken against anyone, and in particular the thoughts
and words I spoke of the particular person whom you know Lord. I am sorry for saying the
things I did, I did it out of anger and I ask for forgiveness. That is not the type of woman I
am nor, that I want to be. I can not judge someone else, when I sit here and ask to be forgiven.
Thank you so much Lord for loving me, for forgiving me, for your compassion, your strength,
your love, your guidance, and your patience with me Lord. I ask for forgiveness of any unconfessed sins Lord, that I may be unaware of Lord, I will never do anything intentional,
and I am sorry if I have Lord. I ask for forgiveness of premarital sex, which is something so hard to admit, I am sorry Lord. It is wrong and for me to say this outloud and here I am truely
sorry. I want to stay focused on you Lord..
Lord, you have truely blessed me and turned my life around Lord and I want to say Lord,
that I will not take my life, my blessings, my answered prayers for granted. I will never do that
Lord, I praise you and thank you for the wonderful things you have done for me and the
prayers you have answered, I thank you for being in my life and in my heart Lord. I thank
you for the trials you have put in my life Lord, I not only thank you for the good, but I thank
you for the bad, because you turned those things around and made me put my faith and
trust in you Lord. You are such an awesome God and I love you for being here for me in
the good and the bad.
Thank you Lord for allowing my promotion at my job happen for me this week. I have been
at my job for 4 months, and I am getting promoted. I praise you for this Lord!!
I know you are here for me during the good times, during the bad times and I truely
praise you and thank you Lord....

Father God,
Show me the way through Your Spirit, today, that I may escape the habits of my former self, and may walk the new way with You.
I seek today to proclaim the good news to the masses, lead me to someone that doesn't know it today.
I want to shine like the dawn of the morning in someone's life today.
Forgive me for not always having such a witnessing spirit, for I know I can growl in the mornings too.
Let my life be victorious in You today, My Savior Jesus, I pray it will be so.

Lord, today I ask for forgiveness and repent of my sins right now. Lord, I am sorry for my
actions, for my words, for anything I have done unknowingly committing a sin Lord. Please
forgive me. Forgive me that I did not attend church today Lord. I want to keep on the right
track and keep focused on you Lord. Please forgive me for my actions this morning Lord.
Lord, I thank you so much for loving me, for protecting me, when I really don't deserve it.
Lord, I ask for forgiveness of all my sins, and ask that you cleanse me Lord, cleanse my
heart, my thoughts, my everything and I pray for the Holy Spirit to just flow through me
and protect me and my home. I pray this in your precious name Lord...AMEN
I know I am your child and I am so blessed, I am so lucky to have people coming into my
life that want to see me do good, that want to be there to help me learn about you Lord.
I have met some people this week and this has been long over due. I just knew it was
coming one day soon. These are good people that can help me stay in the right direction
and we are going to do a bible study once a week now as well. I am excited! Thank you Lord
for the things you are doing in my life, thank you Lord...I praise you Lord, you are such an
awesome God, you really truely amaze me. I see that things are happening in my life and
things are changing. It is really great!!
I have to tell you all that the enemy was finally defeated this week and the Lord really is
doing something great in my life. The enemy has been beaten and he will not win EVER!!!
I have broken free from him and now I can say that I have my joy back in my life......
God is amazing!

Lord, I just want to walk in the spirit. It is so scary sometimes because I never know where it will lead me, what I will have to do or give up, but Lord, You paid an awesome price for me and I have no right choice but to say as You said in the garden of gethesame: "Not my will, but Yours be done"
