I'm going for TK and Rachel also then Grandpa and Nick. I do have to say that it's great that there are 2 seniors still in this race.

Oh, man -- I so thought (and hoped) we were going to lose Nate and Jen. I was so disappointed Kynt and Vixen came in last. They were doing so well. If only they had u-turned Nate and Jen or gotten the receipts right.
I like TK and Rachel best, too, and hope they win it now. I don't know who I would like next best -- probably grandfather and grandson. I'm ready to lose Nate and Jen for sure, and the father of the father-daughter team gets on my nerved. He does seem to realize he acting wrongly but not in enough time to restrain himself before he lashes out.

I agree, I saw that the Goth team was going to U-turn and I was like YEAH!!! But the U-turned the wrong team

I can't believe they didn't uturn Nathan & Jen - it's the only team they saw so why would they think any other teams would possibly be behind them after they had to do the extra task? If it wasn't for that mistake, Nate & jen would be history. Oh the agony!

We were sad to see Kynt & Vyxsin go. They were a pleasant couple to watch. They weren't rude to other teams and really seemed to enjoy the race.
We are pulling for TK and Rachel now. They are another pleasant and fun couple.

I have to put their mistake in u-turning Don and Nick down to lack of sleep and too much yoga. What were they thinking? Kynt's logic that Don and Nick were the slowest team just didn't make any sense since Don and Nick had a huge head start after coming in first with the FF.
When they got to the U-turn I was so looking forward to them u-turning Nate and Jen thus saying goodbye to Jen's hysterics. When they u-turned Don and Nick I knew it would end in disaster.

I know I haven't been on this form in a couple of weeks but I have been at home for christmas and haven't watched the show in a couple of weeks.
Good one tonight though. Was cool to see them use the Japaneese Robots and that the Father and Daughter Team came first and that the Son and Uncle team are doing well.

Was frustrated that TK & Rachel were so far behind... they are a good team, and it is going to take a minor miracle for them to catch up.
How awesome that two of the other teams have "older" members... but frustrating that Nate & Jen are still there. They are such an annoying couple.

I felt so bad for TK and Rachel. I'm glad it was a non-elimination leg. But starting out three hours behind plus having a speed bump will be hard. On the previews, though, it looked like everyone shows up at an airport all together -- maybe they will run into one of those situations where people get some place that doesn't open til the next day and then all the teams arrive. I used to think those were kind of unfair to a team that worked hard to get ahead, but, on the other hand, it helps those who caught a bad break to be able to get back in the race.
I found Jen almost pleasant a few times in this episode. I don't really see a future for her and Nate, though.
I can't imagine driving through that city!! I would have been a nervous wreck.
I loved the robots!

Yeah, when she was driving the taxi and Nate wasn't with her. I suspect that individually Nate and Jen are nice people. Put them together and it's like gasoline and a match.

I was so thrilled when TK and Rachel got a flight that left 2 hours before the flight that everybody else took. What a shock when it arrived 3 hours later than the other flight. They must have neglected to check arrival times. Of course it could have been delays that set them so far behind.
I really commend Ron for recognizing his need to change and working so hard to do so. He could end up winning a much bigger challenge than the Amazing Race.

The thing to remember for future racers is that get the flight that arrives there first. Leaving in the earliest flight and making a couple of connections is really risky. Nick and Grandpa - Nick seems to be a really nice kid carrying all that stuff for Grandpa and just patiently waiting for him.

True but also you never can predict delays either.
I hope TK and Rachel can catch up. In the preview it looks like they do. The Vixen couple, when they had a speed bump, it wasn't so long so maybe TK and Rachel's will be the same.

That's why I don't think they will make it in the long haul of a relationship -- all life has its stresses, and if they fall apart and attack each other whenever they hit a tough spot, it's going to be miserable for them and their future children -- and, really, anyone around them.

First, the error in this leg, at least as far as what the producers chose to show us, is that no-one asked what time flights would be arriving. There was one time when he told her "I love you" and had to wait awhile for her to say it back to him and when she did say it, she said it in a don't care fashion, as though she were just saying it to appease him.
I have to agree with Wayfaring - I don't see any future for them at the end of the race.
Fourth I believe that TK & Rachel will eventually catch up with the other teams at an airport or outside some venue where everyone has to wait for "opening hours".

Your request has been granted. I was tired of hearing her complain about that as well. After the show I don't know how the relationship will survive.
