as i said, let the court decide this. discrediting something such as this shouldn't be taken in vain, whether it is McCain or Obama.

This whole thing is so reaching it's pathetic, plus it suggests that the State of Hawaii is somehow a part of some grand conspiracy to cover up Obama's birth records.

I agree, I'd rather discuss Martians on the conspiracy thread; There's more credible evidence.

Seems to me that as a staunch Democrat, you should be concerned that this suit is being filed by a prominent Democrat with close ties to Hillary Clinton.

Instead of making all the typical hate-filled comments against Bush, McCain, Republicans, etc... do you have anything to say about these DEMOCRATS?

(waving hand) - I do! I do!

"If Obama loses because of Clinton's peoples joggling the process like this, then Hillary will be alderman in Albany in two years. That would finish her as a national political figure, and she has to know it."

And you can quote me.

I expect that somebody from the Clinton crew will be visiting Phil Berg in the near future, and that the lawsuit wil be quietly withdrawn.

The "so-called lawyer" who filed the suit is Phil Berg -

Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm always a little suspicious of news stories from sources that I've never heard. This thread may belong in the conspiracy section, with aliens from outer space and rich euro-bankers that want to take over the world.

Seems like a nut.

Whatever became of that RICO suit? I assume it got thrown out?

I am still curious about any evidence he may have regarding the supposed birth in Kenya and the citizenship thing in Indonesia.

Perhaps if Phil Berg and Jerome Corsi would bother to do some actual research on this matter (like the source below), they wouldn't be so eager to waste everyone's time with their tin-foil hat conspiracies.

The Conspiracy forum has been rather slow. Half of the Obummer posts(excluding the Antichrist stuff in Prophecy forum) and a third of the McLobby posts woulf fit better there.

I find it enlightening that no one has pointed out that the document in question, as a possible forgery, is NOT a birth certificate at all. In fact, NO BIRTH CERTIFICATE, signed by an attending physician has been produced.

Now, I ask you. Why Not?

If it exists, it will clear up at least part of the controversy.

I'm sure that you can order a copy of YOUR physician signed birth certificate. I know that I can produce a copy of MY physician signed birth Certificate. But, for some inexplicable reason Obama has been unable or unwilling to produce a copy of HIS physician signed birth certificate.

And, lest the Obama Kool-aid drinkers try to claim that he HAS produced a birth certificate, let me point out the fact that the document that he posted and they are defending is NOT a certificate of birth signed by the attending physician. It is more like an affidavit simply attesting that he was born in Hawaii. It's the kind of document that anyone can purchase on the streets.

It is a serious enough question that it should be thoroughly vetted if the democrat party actually wants a president in the White House for the next 4 years. If they fail to vet this issue only to be proven that he is not eligible, then it will be a scandal of monumental proportions and likely sink the democratic party for the rest of my lifetime. The Constitution still means something.

This is just part of the smear Obama rumor mill. He was born in Hawaii and last I heard, Hawaii is part of the United States. Similar to the Obama is a muslim rumors, it's simply deparate people trying to find an excuse to paint Obama as evil. Makes one wonder why so many check out their brains once they get an enticing email.

Yep..

And worse contribuiting with money, as in the right corner of the site of the Attorney was there asking for $$$. At least in the link provided in the other thread talking about the same issue.

Hopefuly this issue will get media attention, all over coverage and all etc just end this issue nonsense...ewwww

Actually not true in some states, don't know how many. From the FactCheck article. IOW, his birth certificate is as valid as yours, mine, or anyone else's.:

The document is a "certification of birth," also known as a short-form birth certificate. The long form is drawn up by the hospital and includes additional information such as birth weight and parents' hometowns. The short form is printed by the state and draws from a database with fewer details. The Hawaii Department of Health's birth record request form does not give the option to request a photocopy of your long-form birth certificate, but their short form has enough information to be acceptable to the State Department. We tried to ask the Hawaii DOH why they only offer the short form, among other questions, but they have not given a response.

This discussion belongs in the Conspiracy forum.
