I hope you don't mind.

There is no possible way to determine whether Cadbury Creme Eggs are better or worse than Cadbury Mini Eggs. One has yummy filling; the others have more chocolate, and yummy coating. Solution: get both. (Or in my case, write to Cadbury and beg them to come out with a white chocolate version so I can have some too!) I am on a self-imposed chocolate fast while pg (slight allergy; also caffeine-sensitive) and Cadbury Easter candy has been my downfall more than once this Easter season.

Happy Birthday to Me and Mamajennleigh !!!!

Yea for Harvie's dh being home.

I don't care for Cadbury anything. **ducks and runs for cover** I don't like Hershey either. I really like that one that begins with a G that I can't spell.

Ghirardelli? Nummy!

If you ever get the chance to try Leonidas chocolates (an import from Belgium) go for it. Belgians do like their chocolate sweet and creamy though, so if that's not your thing you may not like them. DH is hooked on them. He always knows what he's getting for Valentine's day. LOL

I worked in a Godiva as a seasonal worker one Christmas. I used my employee discount and made some people very happy.

I'm a sucker for the Reese's eggs myself. I just bought myself a handful. I meant to bring some in as a gift for a girl at work, but I forgot. Oh darn. Guess I'll have to eat them myself.

That's so funny, I want to share that with my family

Yay for MollyMouser!

Happy Birthday to Mamajennleigh & Deb!

I just bought Easter Candy yesterday for my family, and the total came to $24! I only bought 5 chocolate bunnies, (cheaper kind in bags) chocolate eggs and Robin Eggs. They just didn't seem to go on sale this year like usual.

Mmmmmmmeaster candy. I told my DH that I was hoping the Easter bunny would be good to me this year. And by good I mean chocolate. Or cheesecake. Or chocolate. or chocolate cheesecake.

I woke up this morning and found out that Aunt Flo decided to drop by for her week long visit. Made myself a cup of coffee. I sat down to enjoy it and got about half way through it when I discovered that the strange taste was due to the fact that the creamer was curdled. I threw a load into the washer and forgot to change the setting to medium....... my washer overflows when it's on large. Water all over the laundry room carpet. I made soup in the slow cooker. A few hours later, I went to check on it and discovered that I forgot to plug it in. I started to climb in the shower and discovered that there were no clean towels. I did another load of laundry. Once that load was dry, I attempted the shower again. I was in the buff when my neighbor started knocking on my door. I looked out the bathroom window and there were three people standing in my backyard. Two of them I didn't know. They were here to pick up my old dryer for scrap metal. They never called me like they were supposed to. They needed me to open the garage. I got dressed again and went and opened it. I had forgotten turn off the water and close the shower door. At least my bathroom floor is clean now. Then agoraphobia reared it's ugly head and I totally missed out on going to women's Bible study and my A.A. meeting. Is it OK if I just have a good, long cry?

My final tally for March ended up being 427 miles ... thanks to 13 miles today. I biked 29 out of 31 days, just taking two days "off" from biking, and averaging 14.72 miles per day.

And my wonderful DH is home ... yay!!! (happy sigh)

And I've been "off" insulin COMPLETELY (even my overnight shot) ... for six days, with good blood sugars .... woo hoo.

All in all, a nice March, I'd say.

I'm so sorry, Pink. I really hope today is a vast improvement.

Molly, so excited and proud to hear about your strides in your health

And it's April 1st - I'm curious to see if 6 and 7 year olds will be betrothed today

Good morning ladies, thanks for the hugs. I really needed to vent.

One thing that stands out yesterday is that I didn't start my day with Bible reading or prayer or any type of communication with God. That can sometimes really put a damper on the whole day.

Happy April. APRIL WOMEN'S CHAT THREAD (I am surprised that no one else had started a new thread yet.)
